Behold the most beautiful Asajj Ventress hilts ever created. The Solo's Hold Force Witch set is the most well-crafted and accurate Asajj Ventress hilts available, so I hooked these up with the best electronics including 2 speakers for each hilt, a powerful 3.7 lithium ion battery pack (protected), the Plecter Labs Prizm 5.5 and military spec wiring. For the blades, Alberto wanted these fitted with 7/8 inch Neopixel builds. At about 33 inches long each, each blade can perform millions of colors. Of course, these should be kept at shades of red!

2x Solo's Hold Force Witch Asajj Ventress hilts

2x Accent Leds (purple for hilt #1, blue for hilt #2)
2x High Capacity 3.7 lithium ion battery packs

Major amounts of elbow grease sanding and shining these up, getting rid of most of the machine marks.

Bringing the Force Witch to Life

The way the hilts came from Solo's Hold they had some machining marks on the aluminum and they weren't as shiny as I wanted, so I spent a lot of time and elbow grease just sanding and polishing by hand until the hilts were the way I wanted.

Before:

In the process of polishing:

After:

I made a drawing of each hilt and when I wired the hilts I wrote down all the wires and colors and where they go just in case we need to back track later:

First thing for the install was to work from the emitter on down. Here you can see the emitter wired and the wires pulled down through the holes provided by Solos's Hold:

Ventress was instructed by Count Dooku in some ways of the Sith and also gifted her dual sabers by Darth Tyrannus himself. It was only fitting I install the Count's saber (an Ultimate Works hilt)  alongside his student's sabers:

These were both getting the Plecter Labs Prizm V5.5. Here are the boards being installed:

Each hilt has two speakers, one in the center of the hilt in its own pod, and one in the pommel. Eventually, I replaced the speaker shown here with a 3watt:

The hanging bit below the hilt connected by the red and black wires is an LED. Each hilt has it's own interior LED to designate which hilt you are holding. One hilt has a purple LED, and one a blue LED visible by looking through the recharge port:

Once it's all properly placed in there...

The shapeways chassis half can be added to secure everything:

And then on to the next hilt...

Securing everything with small bits of 3M automotive double sided tape will hold everything securely:

I have read good things about this type of battery, so I used them here:

I think I meant to add that bit about your chassis to the Dooku post Iím making. Head is scrambled with saber stuff haha. Iím not sure who designed these, maybe Solos Hold. They worked great. Tried to fit 26650 batteries was my first idea, wasnít gonna work.

Those came out great Exar and I like that the blade adapter shim is still removable so He could swap to
a one inch blade if wanted correct?
