Samurai 3000 saber-SAM3K
« on: March 16, 2013, 01:31:24 PM »
I always dug AoF's Samurai 3000 saber, and a while back I did this.  All MHS.  Originally was running a pc1.5 but now has a CFv6.  Alot of lathing and milling on the shroud parts.

SAM3K SPECS:
MHS built
tri-rebel RGB: B/G for main, white FoC
Crystal Focus v6 default sound fonts
7.4v li-on rechargeable pack
2w mini-speaker from TCSS
2.1mm recharge port in pommel
12mm blue ring AV main switch
PVC Reveal sled under grips lit by a cyan led
1" blade

Original Samurai 3000 sword hilt design I based this off of:

This is awesome Kit!  The shroud work is great and really mimics the 3000 series nicely.  I actually bought the 3 peice set several years ago before I discovered the world of custom lightsabers.  I figured they would be the closest I would ever come, but now that I found this place, I don't even look at them much anymore.  Oh well, that's what ebay is for.  ;)  Again, great job Kit.
