The AccuDrill Precision Drill Guide adds a whole new level of accuracy to your standard power drill. The AccuDrill is great for angle drilling, doweling, plug cutting and even edge sanding. With the easy-to-use protractor scale, you can adjust the Drill Guide in 5 degree increments from 0-45 degrees, left and right. In addition, V-Guides on the base permit drilling through dowel or other rounded stock. Attaches to all 3/8” and 1/2” power drills. Folds for tool-box storage.
• For use with 3/8” and 1/2” power drills.
• Includes 3/8” capacity chuck with key.
• Protractor scale adjusts body from 0-45 degrees left and right, in 5 degree increments.
• V-Guides for drilling through rounded stock or dowel.
• Positive stop for accurate drill depth.
• Centering channel on base for edge drilling.
• Includes 1/4", 5/16" & 3/8" Brad Point Bits
• Folds flat for storage.

i picked one of these up today. regular hand drill goes on top. haven't tryed it yet but seems like it might come in handy, especially the V-guide. i got it at home depot for 25$, i know it isn't that much less than a cheep drill press(low 100s) but thought id give it a try.
anyone ever used one of these on a saber?

Very nice!  now I don't need a drill press so badly.  At least it can wait for my saber projects.  I'll have to get one eventually though.

That looks like a very nice,  cost-effective alternative to a drill press.

Yes I used one once. It didn't work very well. I got a 5 speed drill press from Pepboys auto store for $50.00 and it works like a champ. so for another 25 credits you could have a drill press.
