I have received my pixel strips and I have placed them into a cheap transparent plastic tube, wrapped into a sheet of paper to diffuse the lights, it works great for prototyping but now I need to get the real blade.

What blade do you guys advise me to get ? Thin or Thick walled ? Do I need a diffuser along with the blade ? If so, what kind of diffuser should I get ?

I'm using thin wall blades from The Custom Saber Shop.

As I've said, white packing foam and clear gift wrap.  I haven't tried the TCSS diffuser so I'm not sure if it's better or worse than what I'm already doing.

Thank you, I'm going to be ordering soon, I'll go for the transparent thin walled blade :)

I have bought some packing foam to diffuse the LED strips, however I have an issue.

Since the strips are back to back, they only emit light in front of them.

Even with the foam, it causes the two sides of the set up to be dimmer than the front and back.

How can I solve this "dimming" issue ?

I thank you in advance for your answer.

Regards,

Azsde.
