Great job! That weathering near the emitter is awesome, and you seem to have thinned the neck down! :o ;) ;)

This is where i ask how bright that PVC blade si... why don't you use poly-c like most people, or maybe even nylon. Is is Brighter in person?

Nice hilt BTW. The green P$ would also look good. I love that shade of green.

no i just removed the copper paint added 6 thin coats of mate blak and sanded it down

the PVC blade is only in use tell i get 2 of TCSS Special White blades

an idea of mine to thin down the neck is to weld TCSS blade holder to the stock MR emiter (provided someone can do it) cut out the neck section and weld the threaded end to the blade holder but u will only make it thiner by 1mm maybe 2mm so not much is gaind and would weakin it alot i would think

Nope, probly won't weaken it too much depending on your welding/attaching skills.

Our own Darth Vader did this to his V2 not long ago.

It looks alot better/sleeker with the thinner neck section of the blade holder. Check the pics and discussion!  And if you decide to go that route, hit us up with some more pics!!!

Personally, I'd stay with the green, that bin 1 is one of the nicest shades I've ever seen.

Looking good. Nice weathering also. I agree, Green just goes with a Luke ROTJ, then again, it's Your saber!

ok i now have a new ESB clamp but now i have to put it on the saber ... :( and i have no clue as to how im going to do it let along mount the switch :-\

im  starting to think i should use a bubble card in the clamp to me it looks better then the circut card

it all depends on wether or not you going movie acurate. if you want your v2 to be a nice custom one then go ahead with the buble tape but if you want to sacrifice quality for acuracy go with the circuit board (personaly i like the esb circuit board to the rotj circuit board)

It sounds like you are unsure of certain parts....

I suggest Pastor Jedi's screen accurate card over anything else. Your choice of course, but a lot of us V2 peeps really like it. The link that General Kota posted below is PJ's ebay. That lever is probably one of the last ones made....if I were you I would snatch that thing up fast.

@general skylwaker: what to you mean 'esb' circuit card to "rotj' circuit card? there isn't a difference between either circuit card...most V2's have that style anyways...some smiths prefer to use the 'black' card as opposed to the 'natural' card, but that's all about preference.
