A real world version of the Kenobi AOTC brass knob?

I am attempting to make my second prequel Kenobi saber in the AOTC configuration and I am looking for something that resembles this brass knob.

On the TPM, the brass knob was knurled and contains a purple gem.
 
On the MR AOTC, this brass knob took it's place. Is this a real world piece?
