My custom SaberForge double-bladed saber complete electronics upgrade for a customer with a new battery, speaker, switches, sound board, Neopixel blades.
New electronics:
- x1 Proffieboard v2.2 sound board
- x1 3W 28mm higher quality bass speaker
- BT909 bluetooth module for remote control from the ForceSync app
- new 20A 7000mAh custom assembled Li-Ion battery pack (x2 Keeppower Protected 10A 3500mAh batteries connected in parallel): solid 1 hour run time with 2 blades, 2 hours with 1 blade
- x2 NPXL blade connectors with long pins
- x2 1 inch Pixelblades
- x2 12mm AV switches custom modified for neopixel light
- utilized same SF chassis
- new higher quality genuine leather grip wrap
- micro-USB port access from the remote port in the hilt for firmware updates and SD card content access
- Kill Key switch in the 2.1mm recharge port + latching action mosfet switch to kill power to Proffieboard completely for long time storage
