Overlords going to Florida
« on: September 03, 2009, 05:43:50 PM »
Well here's the skinny.

The box that the items were packaged in had collapsed and ripped causing the contents to spill.

I had to take them back and repackage everything, and make sure that nothing was damaged.  They needed me to come in and make sure nothing was lost. The Carrier has been notified that a pickup is needed and the information is below.

The package is scheduled for pickup by my carrier Friday September 04 2009 @ 10 AM (Tomorrow morning)

The Pickup request number is: WEC31187588

The Tracking number for the package is: 2503 8555 7491 3373 7115 Priority Mail Insured.

Jango will be receiving, and will distribute as all are completed and ready to ship.

I have a secondary shipment of blade stock that is going out as well for the Overlords, and everyone else's stuff will be going out within these next three weeks. Sorry, but that is the fastest I can move these out. There is a LOT of it.

Hopefully we can just put this all behind us once this is finished, and we can all get on with our lives.

Big box arrived today.

I will be sorting and posting a list ASAP.

DO NOT PM ME ABOUT THIS, UNTIL THE LIST IS POSTED.

Woot! Cautiously optimistic!

Posting here, because it was stated that people not on the list posting in the WIP thread would be deleted...

I, obviously, am not on the list, or I'd have posted there. But I do have 2 overlords that should be in there, as well as the 2 US 2.1s for install.

So does that mean you have the sabers, but no paperwork? Or you don't have the sabers, either? What do you want us to do on our end, if you have no record? Not freaking out yet, but am relatively concerned...

No ETA on the missing parts is a little disturbing as well...

I have 15 hilt and 15 boards and a bunch of misc. parts.

Complete paper work for 6
Which consists of original overlord order and US 2.0 order.

The rest of the paper work is supposed to be shipped with more parts.
Otherwise I have to get Alex to send me all of it, and send a lot of time sorting and confirming.

What parts are not sent will be provided by ultrasabers.

orders posted in the other thread

The rest

LOL if you need help packing and sorting or running them to the shipper don't hesitate to ask.

Sounds like a series of accidents making this run a less than fun one.

Find me on Facebook.  Look for Xanthus Laboratories fan page.

or on Imperial Royal Arms website!

If you paid for a Li-ion or Nimh setup, I need to know.
I'm not sure how that's going to work, but I need to get a count together

I don't have any records or paperwork on it, but I was supposed to get the recharge ports on both of mine... Personally, I prefer standard batteries (because I like being able to throw new ones in when they die, which you can't really do with rechargables), so I'm not all that concerned about it either way.

I purchased a Li-Ion setup with what I believe was an out-of-hilt charge system.

Would you prefer a PM/EMail?

I purchased my hilt to be setup for a 2AA li-ion out of hilt re-charge setup. I did not purchase the batteries or the charger because I already have them, and I wanted to save a little on the install fee. Hope this helps and thank you JANGO and DT for all your help.

I have not received the remaining 9 orders paper work yet.
I have sent DT an email asking if it has shipped, and if not that he provide a list of members names and their order details.

I am really at a standstill. I can complete 3 with what I have on hand. After that I am out of switches and battery packs.
It's rather difficult to make up a list of parts for Ultrasabers to send without the orders.

Contacting Ultra for the orders, is my next move.

Maybe we can send you our Paypal notifications and the list to pay, from DT?
I can send you mine if needed.
