Hi everyone, could you recommend me the best/most accurate Anakin AOTC font available? I understand that it won't be complete since the saber gets destroyed before actually dueling/deflecting anything but I'll make do with what's available and them add some of the other sounds of the movie (Obi-Wan EPII recommendations are also very welcome)

I think Madcow's "FATES" is appropriate for that hilt.

I believe that "Fates" is for Obi-wan in Ep1.
Saberfont.com has EpII font by Novastar and Form III: Soresu by Link that has some nice Obi-wan (younger and old) quotes. I'll take a better look and see what else I might have.
What are you specifically wanting? Anikan swing sounds, etc?
Are you wanting this for Plector or NEC?

I specifically want as many sounds as possible from Anakin's EP II saber.
Since he never uses it to deflect or duel the variety is probably limited so I was thinking about supplementing them with another similarly sounding font. Any advice on that regard would also be very welcome.
The font would be for a plecter board.

"Chosen One" by Darth Xusia (sp?) is another font that I believe takes sounds from both Episode 2 and 3 of Anakin's saber(s).

"Chosen One" is a great font! I thought about adding it, but remembered it as a ROTS font. My bad! :)

Fates is indeed the Obi from episode 1, but it closely sounds like Ani's hilt ignition in AOTC.

Sounds like a smart plant, Anakin's Ep II saber sounds are very limited in their variety so something had to be added from other sources. In your opinion, is the difference noticeable or barely?

You could always buy the Plecter version and then change the file names to the NEC format and the font should be good to go. I've not found an NEC font that will not work on a Plecter board once formatted correctly. Thanks!

Plecter fonts cant simply be renamed for NEC boards to work properly. Sure they will work, but the hum sound is mixed into every file which then makes the hum overpowering when two sounds play at the same time. NEC boards play the hum constantly and mix the other sounds in as they occur. Youll end up with loud hums in swing noises and then itll sound much quieter when its just stationary. It's a shame but you can adapt an NEC font for Plecter by mixing in a hum, but not the other way around.
