I spoke to Alex this evening, and the parts are ether on the way here or being packed.

Let me explain. I have a few orders coming from US and received 2 shipping notifications today.
Parts could be in one of them :-\

Anything new? Last post about shipments on the way was 10 days ago. I thought we might at least have heard by now that the parts did or did not arrive...

And you wonder why people are still asking for refunds? This story is old and boring. How many times did we hear from ORA that things are shipping, only to wait months and hear nothing, then find out they didn't? Or that there was a post office screw up? Or that something happened with paperwork? Or that a wormhole opened up and sucked in the USPS truck that the parts were on, and we're waiting for it to return from another dimension? Sam Neil is probably playing with the parts now, on the Event Horizon. Did ultra send them via Pony Express?

Seriously, this is just too frustrating. Delay after delay, without any reason. No communication from Ultra. The same record keeps skipping, and the song is terrible.

I asked mrlamchop why he wanted a refund, after he had already confirmed his order in the thread. He decision, I just wanted to know why.

The two shipping notices I received were for my personal orders. The Overlord parts have not shipped yet.

If you want refunds ask for them.

I DON'T CARE ANY LONGER

When the parts come in I will still build the sabers as ordered and send them complete for US HQ to ship out.
If you were refunded, I'm sure you will see your build in the quick ship category.

Between Reavers badgering and shadeslinger's off color commentary, my sympathies for everyone in this situation have vanished.
2 bad apples have spoiled the cart.
My patience has finally run out.

NO WIP thread will be posted.
Do not PM or Email on this issue, unless it is an address change.

I will post when the Overlords parts arrive.
I will post when the completed Overlords ship to Ultrasabers HQ for shipping.

If you have a problem with this seek and Arbiter or Admin.

I would think those that left you hanging (ORA and Ultra) would have already thinned your patience enough. Seems like the shenanigans of 2 disgruntled customers would pale in comparison to the utter cluster F that those 2 left you with.

ultra has a parts list, and I actually trust him to send it.
This is one of the busiest times of the year and it helps fund projects like the Overlords and Banes.
I don't fault them for taking some time to get the parts  list together, when some of the items are not carried by TCSS

Only one person is ultimately responsible.

AGREED.

Reaver and others, I would remind you that Jango took this project on in order to help you and the others waiting for their Overlords.  This was not his burden to bear, but he chose to shoulder it anyway to help you.  I can certainly understand your frustration.  However, you are taking it out on the wrong person.  Jango has been nothing but honorable throughout the process and has always given updates when he has something to report.  Let him get through this.  You all have been waiting a long time, I know.  But Jango came into the picture relatively recently.  Give him a chance to help you before throwing rotten tomatoes.

Yes indeed, I was a bit shocked to read this.
If you get heated up write Alex/Ultra directly.
Don't take it out on Jango.
He's our friend.
I'm just so very glad he's working with us on this, and I think most of us.
He is waiting for that stuff from Ultra, and what he wrote about Ultra; "This is one of the busiest times of the year and it helps fund projects like the Overlords and Banes." is understandable.
Ultra has beat up on this too,  but when you cannot take it anymore, which is also understandable, please I suggest to write Alex for that.
If you do, yes we would like to hear about that result as well. ;) :D

What to say ? Shade and Reaver have been notified many times that their comportments were silly (and no, not funny at all). You've won it all with your daily (for Reaver), endless end pointless comments. GG.

Take your time Jango, I'll still be happy the day my overlord will cross my door, and I'll know who I can thank for that.
