Left Handed Grips, Stances, and Spin Breakdown

Can anyone Inform me of how i should "correctly" hold my Anakin ROTS saber, also i'd like to know if anyone could break down the spins/stances for left handers, so far i've got a few.. but the behind the back spin gets me because the momentum when switching from the Left to the right..actually carries it to teh right and not the left.. not sure if anyone else has this problem, but its made me actually have to try to improvise.. on numerous attempts and FAIL. any help would be greatly appreciated.
