Ok  ;)  I joined MRs collector society for the first time this year. One of the coupons is $50.00 off the LEs I think. I wonder if that coupon is still applicable with there new CE line?

I'm sure it can be used on a LE.  I'm surprised they don't have a coupon for the CEs. 

I wish the delivery date wasn't so far away though.  It makes preselling more difficult.   ;D

 Amen to that brother! Ill just call those guys  to see about that coupon working for the CE as well.

Master Replicas site says that the Qui-Gon LEs will go on sale for the general public on February 9th and will begin shipping summer 2006. It will go on sale for Collecter Society members on Feb. 7th

They revealed the price of the CE Qui Gon, $199 MSRP, which mean it may drop a little when it hits retail....check the MR blog for more details:

That's MSRP... it will probably dip into the $150 range once it's been out.

Hmm.  Its going to be a tough choice deciding between them.  I really like the stand the CE comes with, and it'd be great considering I'm running out of room on top of my entertainment center for all my saber hilts.  But for less than $200 more, I could get an all metal one.

Ironically enough, most of the "stunt" sabers for EP1 were probably resin...so, from "a certain point of view" the CE might be more accurate than the LE  ;D

But yeah, MSRP is the suggested price, and nobody really sells anything at MSRP.

Well, Obi is scheduled for May....Qui Gon isn't even confirmed.
