That was AWESOME!  So many cool costumes and displays.  Loved the Tie Interceptor and Snow Speeder.  I am so going to CVI, if they have it.

Thanks E!

I'll try to get all mine uploaded in the next 3 hours.  I have a bad connection that's slowing me down.

I do have an awesome video I'll post of a VERY accurate character.  That's my teaser and crown jewel of my 1 day there.

Here are some photos, in no particular order.

THE Mark Hamil.  They were moving him along at a quick pace and people were milling around him.

Part of the Gang.

Barriss Offee, Gabywan, Jango Fett, Binks

Darth Revan with my saber.   ;D

How many Sith Lords does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

He was REALLY tall!

With a little wookie padawan too.

The girls were pleased to find someone that was shorter than they are.

This Darth Sidious was FANTASTIC!  It isn't a mask.  Speaking with him sold the whole deal.

Get used to lots of photos.  This next set were taken inside the Hoth Ice Bar.

One of the ice sculptures in the bar.

This is Morgan.  We liked Morgan.   :)
(sorry about the back lighting)

The reason we liked her?
Her toe nails matched Jango's saber blade.   ;D
(taken with flash)

It was her toe nails.  Honest!

The girls found a cute asian Leia.

This was such an awesome experience. I thought of you all that were unable to attend as I walked around.  I tried to capture the heart of the celebration to give you a feel for what it was like.

I'm not going to tag all the photos since my FX-S message window doesn't allow me to see more than 12 lines of text.  Most of the photos are obviously costumes.  The Tie Interceptor was massive and awesome.  This thing was 1:1.  The AT-AT was cool too at 1:6 scale.  It stood about 20-30' tall.

Lego was there and had a Lego Chewie, R2 and 3PO.  They also had this huge board of movie pics.  Guests could stand in line to get a chance to fill in a small board, about 3"x3" that would later be added to the mural.  At the end of the day they had a guy in a Lego Boba Fett costume.  I got there just in time to see them finish up putting the last few pieces in his Lego helmet.  They also had a huge section of Lego dioramas.  I took shots of the Endor landing platform(wiht flashing lights and a Hoth scene with moving Snowspeeder and moving AT-AT head.

There dioramas were pretty cool and very accurate.  You can see the carbon freez chamber(my favorite) and a huge Hoth scene.

I got a chance to see 3PO and RS make a speedy exit.  The R2 video by himself was pretty cool.  When I first got there the place was pretty much empty.  I was hanging out with an R2 unit when a Mandolorian came up and asked the guy to go surprise his wife who was sitting down having a snack at Jabba's cantina.  R2 snuck up on her and started whistling away.  It was a pretty cool seen to see.  R2 then proceeded to put on a show by dancing to the Cantina band music and Star Wars theme song.

I also got to see the 501st photo shoot under the Death Star.  Quite an impressive, most impressive display of Imperial FORCE.   I would not have been happy if I missed this shoot.

And of course you can't miss at least one heat of R2 races.  :D  My favorite race was when one R2 unit decided to start sheading parts as he raced.  It brought back memories of "this ones got a bad motivator."  :D

All the pics past the 501st meet are vidoe links.  Be sure to check out the General Grevious video.  Very amazing.

And here's my crown jewel. Look closely at his legs and head.  This guy did such a great job on the costume, it's as accurate as you can get and still be functional.  The head head fishing line attached to it that was barely visible.  He was able to move the head with his own head moevments.  This costume was 100%.  If he didn't win first prize in the adult costume show I'd be surprised.

Well I wouldn't say lucky.  I wasn't supposed to be able to go since I was working.  The Empire shot me down.  Actually, it was more like FORCE lightning.  :D
