Luke ROTJ machining specs?

I'm looking to build a new saber...I have a friend who machines and is willing to do the machining of the saber for me, but I need specs and measurements to go by.

I'm looking for something similar to this


I want to put a crystal chamber in the same way he did and I really love the feel of this saber.

Does anyone have any tips? I would contact that maker but he's japanese...
