Title: Graflex Anakin ROTS

I recently saw an auction on ebay, they sold an Anakin ROTS made out of a graflex flashgun, i know it is not accurate, but MAN, it looked awesome, I kinda even liked it more than the real anakin saber.

 DID ANYONE SEE THIS AUCTION???

Do you have the link?  Cause, since the auction is over and I erased it from "my ebay" watch, I cant find the picture no more and I would at least like to have the picture.

anyway, any comments on how to build an anakin from a graflex flashgun are welcome.  It would be really nice to have a graflex anakin next to a luke anh next to a luke esb.

Sorry R2-D2, I erased it too. I was following it along with some other graflex's. It was a nice prop though.

But is there no way to get the link back? the picture might still be there for a couple of days i think.

There seems to be no button that says "undelete" your watch items.   :(

Hey R2,

The closed auction is still there along with a pic.  I saved it for you if it disappears before you see it.  In the future on Ebay just go to advanced search and check the box for closed listings only.  I typed in Anakin Graflex it was the only auction that popped up.  If the work was done properly it was a good deal as most graflex's go for that or more without the conversion.  Be careful with those as Yoda had mentioned that sometimes things are done that cannot be undone.  I.E. if you want to convert it to a lux, sound etc it might be a only a non working prop.

Sorry R2 I am just getting started on my first graflex but in my online travels I did come across the gold laser cut computer board that goes in the clamp where the calculator bubbles are in ANH.  Can't remember where they were I've been everywhere but I did see them.

Hey R2  I finally found that site for you.  It was on Yoda's list under TFX-studios.  They have the cumputer boards seen on Ani EIII as well as other parts to do the conversion.  I also saw some Graflex parts on Ebay going low as they are missing the bottom of the hilt. Mayber someone here has that piece.  I think i remember post of yoda having some parts.

 Good luck.  After getting my graf this week I couldn't imagine anything better.

I would like to get a hold of an MR anakin clamp, and install it into a graflex:

don't quote me on this, but i'm pretty sure that the MR ani is thicker than the graflex resulting in a wider center clamp. that would mean that it rattles around on the hilt

R2 you will want to confirm with yoda but you could purchase the clamp from a site like parks and then get the gold computer board from TFX Studious. 
I would have posted the pics for you but I have yet to figure out how to.  I loaded my graf into photobucket but still can't figure out how to get it into a post.  When  finally figure it out you will get to see my graf

Also the spare parts on ebay are still there you could get the clamp that way and a spare upper half

im might be wrong....but im pretty sure i read some where that the anakin prop is slimmer than the new hope lightsaber. not sure if that also relates to the FX's. just thoght i would throw that out there.
