Bathmat time! ROFLOL!!! You rock Cannibal869, hit my funnybone this AM :D
Nice shroud work.
With the LEDEngins, on CF applications the color you select for the flash will combine with the main LED color. Eg. if you do purple with a green flash, you are going to get white (sometimes has a slightly purplish tint). Not sure how this will work with your Hasbro application. I guess I should go read that thread because I have no clue how you would use the Hasbro board to drive a LEDEngin? The LEDEngins are extremely current hungry, 1000 ma is the bare minimum to get a decent brightness and for purple you need 7.4V minimum also.
EDIT* The diagrams over there look like they are using 3W RGBs?. Also, I saw your vid. It is so hard to tell on vid, but it almost looks like the flash is dimmer than the main LED color rather than brighter? Perhaps lack of current? Also looks like the circuit is still not finished as the main LED isn't on when the soundboard is on, just the flash :-\
