Feedback for RO-Lightsaber

I bought the Aayla Secura saber from Ro-lightsabers and was very disappointed in the craftsmanship. The ignition switch was very rickety and kept coming loose every time I used it. None of the grooves around the hilt followed a straight line, and anything that came together in a 90 degree angle looked like it was carved with by a Dremel with a very shaky hand. Roland also had the blade holder listed as a 1"OD and when it showed up I measured it at only 3/4". To his credit, when I emailed him about all the problems he did offer me 15% off all future purposes. I obviously declined his offer and won't be making and purchases from him again
