Gemini Concepts Presents, NovaHawk's custom Saber, The Valhalla.

At long last, after waiting for sound boards, parts and other projects to finish, we complete NovaHawk's saber.

Powder Coated shrouds in SilverVein and black grooved rib section, this rogue jedi style saber is as comfortable in the wielder's hand as it is formidable to its enemy.

Featuring the long awaited US2.1 soundboard and Momentary guarded switch with the capacitor fix from Ri-On Ozryel, it also has a LUX V Cyan BIN 1 LED and LUX V Royal Blue LED on Quick Disconnects so NovaHawk can swap out as needed.

Recharge port to provide quick charging time or kill key function. It is powered by 2 3.7 v trustfires that can be removed normally through the pommel so extra batteries can be charged and inserted as needed.


Pictures and video, ...yep, ..we got them. I have tried, and tried and TRIED to get these pictures to show the clear difference in the 2 different LEDs to no avail. In person, the Cyan is much lighter than what the pictures show and the Royal Blue is a very DEEEP BLUE. Very pretty color!

The video was shot with the royal blue LED, the camera still picks it up as a very light blue.

Novahawk will chime in once he sees this thread, ...but I believe he was going for exactly that. Something sort of "no nonsense", clean crisp lines and not a lot of doodads in the way to allow for quicker spins and a free-er movement around the hilt.

If not, ...then that was a bi-product, ...because this saber spins great, ...feels heavy, but not weighed down and is has that "true saber" feel in the hands.

Im chargin up the batteries again, (2nd time). This time using the recharge port. YAY!

It is nice to see a saber finally nearing completion after such a long wait on parts, soundboards and stuff, Im sure Novahawk is anxious to get this. :)

This also means that with the near completion of this hilt, ..my side of the GeminiC oncepts table is free for another US2.1 install.   ;)

Thank you Darth_Call and Master Jedye for being sooo patient with all my changes and questions.  You have created a very wonderful rogue jedi's weapon and I bow to the master sabersmiths.  It is true that I did not want any "bling bling" messing up this simple yet elegant design.  I am not knocking others' sabers with more bling...that is for them...not for me.  If anybody out there is wanting their dream saber built, then definately give Darth_Call or Master Jedye a shout.  Both colors look awesome even with the camera washing out the colors.  Blues always seem to wash out.  My main problem will be deciding which fantastic color to have first!  Thank you for all the comments and once this masterpiece is in my hands, I will be doing a review on here.  May the Force be with you all!(sorry just had to say it)

Thanks everybody for your comments.  Jasher Kain: thanks and no special meaning.  I am not Norse, but that is the Norse version of heaven as I understand what I read.  I just wanted something that sounded majestic, but not overdone.  I am also a Stargate SG-1 fan and liked the Asgard, which took on the Norse gods' personna but did not enslave the humans.  Plus I just like how it sounds when said...I know a bit strange but oh well.
