Hey drysdalk... is it possible to post up a picture of the speaker of the Luke ROTJ?? I'd like to know how it looks like.

Sure - here are two photos, one of the speaker with the pommel still attached, and the other with it removed to expose the actual spaker itself.

Here is a new photo of the Mace in dim light, which shows up the purple colour a bit better - it's still not as purple as the real thing, but you can definitely see some purple in it rather than a whiteish-blue.

It looks good, I'm going to have to try some Energizer E2's in my Mace to see if i can get more brightness out of it.

For what it's worth, I use Duracell Ultra M3 batteries in my sabers - the Mace in the photo had just had a fresh set put in.

The mace looks really good! thanks, drysdalk, for the luke rotj speaker pictures. It is the first time I'm seeing it. Umm... not a very good looking speaker compared to the anakin, vader & mace... but heck ... it's a minor thing ;)

I like the speaker ,the end cap,it looks solider than the anakin rots
