Yeah, that guy makes some of the BEST Revan armor I've seen to date. Every time I see the ebay sale...I can't help but drool :P Revan is next on my list of costumes...after my custom Sith then custom Mando...

BTW...what is it with costume clones anyway? Just curious. Seems like everyone and their brother wants to be Luke, Kenobi, Vader, Stormtrooper/Clone Trooper, Maul and a few other canon characters...

From what I hear when people give their reasons, wanting to be canon normally equals a) lack of imagination or b) fear that they won't be recognized.

BTW, tried out my costume today, and while I must say I looked smashing in it, I wouldn't go for such slippery material in my costume again.  Because I was lazy, and frankly, didn't really think it would be a big deal, I didn't do much to secure the different parts of my costume in place.  I got some double sided tape thinking that if it kept J-Lo's dress secure it would work fine on silk charmeuse and silk noil.

I am a big enough jedi to admit that was a dismal failure.  So now I'm off to the local fabric store to buy snaps.  I think they're the most discreet way of making sure nothing slides off or looks xxx-eyed after about half an hour of wear.

Me, I could care less if I was recognized. It's because my costumes are original and unique that gets most of the attention  ;D They ask what character I am...and I have to laugh...because I am being myself!! And keeping to the topic... I have no costume. Buying will commence shortly after Halloween for SDCC 09.

Didn't we tell you to get snaps?? LOL

Thanks Han! ;D

That armor is no joke! It actually feels like real armor and its really heavy.

The pics dont do it justice. It has alot of detail esp. the mask 8)

I like being original myself, even if my first (note that: FIRST) costume isn't that much of a variation.  I thought it was awesome that someone walked past me and said, "Look, a Corellian Jedi."  I was so afraid someone would say Hobbit.  (I'm short, and my robes are hunter green of course the lightsaber might have helped. LOL)  Oh, and the looks I got in the Starbucks was priceless I tell ya.

*hangs head in shame* Apparently this padawan has much to learn in the costuming department.  I won't question the wisdom of those that have come before me again!   :D

Now if only I can get some pics from a certain nerf herder...

I wanted to have my custom mando done but I didn't know when I ordered my helmet it would take 12 or more weeks.  :'(
I'll prolly do something like what I did a few years ago. I have a monks cloak  and such.
