Custom photon blade?

I'm wondering if it would be possible to order a longer-than-usual photon blade from VV? (With longer-than-usual prices to match I assume...)
I'm building an over-sized saber, and it would be awesome to have some over-sized blades for it.

TCSS sells the blade stock at 40 inches.  Would be cheaper and likely quicker to build your own.   There are some good tutorials over at TCSS forums for blade building which would apply to the photon.  If you do, make sure to get a photon tip.  Regular tips will light up blue and you'll have a two toned blade.
