Grip style 1 and ID size.

Was hoping someone could help with the chassis size for a 8" double female with grip style 1. The grips change the ID so if anyone knows what size chassis will work best, please let me know. Also, is there a way to prevent the grips from recessing into the hilt when squeezed. Thank you for any insight.
