PC Turns Off Automatically

Hey.

I have a PC 2.0 that will boot the board when power it put to it and it will turn on, make all the sounds and flashes but it just suddenly dies. I can start it and let it just hum and it will die after about 10 secs or so. I can cut the power and it will boot right back up again. once it dies once, it seems to cut out quicker each time. Been happening for a long time. any thoughts or comments?
