This isn't my best video, but a number people have asked, so here it is!  How I made my prototype/unstable pixel bla[/youtube]de.

I changed from a round tip to a bullet and I think the round tip lights better. I tried removing the tip to bore it out, but I glued it in too good. I may simply make this my RGB LED blade and make a new unstable blade with a bored out bullet. (glad I saved the mirror!)

Some things I didn't cover:
- Wrapping the foam is basically the same as wrapping the gift wrap, except I taped it down first
- The wiring is shrink wrapped to the connector, then the end of the strips are shrink wrapped, then I shrink wrapped over the foam from the 2nd or third pixel to the connector.

I'll plan on posting a full walkthrough video for FX-SaberOS (formerly LightsaberOS) tomorrow!
