Shaak, the term "graphic design" is so general and broad nowadays that it covers so much. Finding a program that suits your needs (or talents) is sometimes a bit tough. Our program, for example, is actually under the "Visual Communications" banner, and is broken up into separate graphic design, advertising, interior design, and industrial design curriculums. And depending on your focus, making ads and logos is just as important (and ultimately more lucrative, probably) as rendering Twi'leks in 3D! ;) But there are schools that focus on things just like what you're looking to do, however. I'm sure if you do a little searching, you'll find what you're looking for, if even as a supplement to the bachelors degree you're already pursuing...
And Jasher, well... that's sort of a weird question (or actually, a weird answer). I graduated from Woodbridge High School, but I spent the majority of my h.s. career at Academic H.S. in Jersey City (now McNair-Academic). Two months before graduation, they found out that I lived out of district (lived in Jersey City, but moved during high school and didn't want to transfer if I didn't have to), and they pretty much kicked me out! I was editor of the newspaper, a senior class officer, head of the school improvement committee... but it made no difference, and they gave me the boot! So I had to spend the last two months of senior year in a completely different school.
So what about you? Where'd you spend your high school years?
