Anakin AOTC FX Conversion
« on: December 29, 2010, 11:46:42 AM »
Hey guys, it's been a while since I posted a saber. Here's a conversion I just finished. It's a 2002 Anakin AOTC FX that I converted. The stock battery pack and the appearance of the saber is kept totally the same. There'll be a tutorial on how I did it in a bit. I also added an accent so the faux LEDs light up.

Specs:
Blue Rebel LED
'05 MR Luke sound board
Accent LED to light up the two fake LEDs on the saber

I'd be interested in your tutorial...specifically what you used for a blade holder and how you lit the faux LED's.  I've converted one using the Joe-Jedi blade holder but the blade doesn't sit right in that holder.

Haven't seen one of these in a while. Looks good!

What'd you do with the original soundboard?

whatever happened to your tutorial???  Very interested, and so are others. I'm looking but can't find a video tutorial for conversion
