For the longest time, the MR V2 was one of the standards in V2 sabers along with the MHS one of course....then Tim added the more accurate ribbed extension to the mix, making it all the better....LS6's were next....then we got ourselves the amazing MKVI.

It's a great time to be a V2 fan.  ;D

...and then came the MKVI-V2 late in 2012...just for kicks.   ;)

I should have added "the modded MKVI Hero's into V2's" to be more clear, hehe.

i'm confused.  did you mean to say "late in 2011", or are you referring to a new line of v2's you will be doing later this year?????

He was joking.  Caine just got a modified mkvi hero v2 and GG was saying the mkvi v2 as a joke.

Or maybe he wasn't.  But either way it hasn't been done yet.  ;)

Haha, the General meant that he had completed a MKVI for Kaplan early this year and weathered mine for me shortly thereafter.  :D

MH made his MKVI V2 late last year, though. IIRC, that was the very first MKVI that was modded.

Word! Between my Korbanth LS6 that MH modded into a perfect thin necked Luke V2 and GG/Wat's  amazing MK6 Hero, it just does not  get any better for a Luke ROTJ saber fan! I also have a couple of MR converted ROTJ Lukes and while their fat, their still a heck of alot of fun! So get started on yours already, Lol!

i will have them. some day. oh yes...

tempting to grab myself an LS6. hopefully a MKVI will fall into my lap soon, too.

these things easily compare to my fantasy of owning a restored 69 camaro. hopefully i can get them before i retire though!  :D

My advice: MKVI all the way. It's overall design and engineering are topnotch in every way. Period.
