Got a few pics last weekend with various sabers.  We had a bit of a snowstorm in NJ, but it sure made for a neat backdrop!

Thanks Exar/Space.  It was comprised of 7 months of solid work, I sewed it all myself.  The only things I didn't make were the boots, pants, and gloves.  Everything else was home-made.  That saber is neopixel fireblade, but doesn't show up in the pictures.  The whole reason I began dabbling in open-source boards was to get the blade effects in the blade.  Many 501st Kylos goop up their blades with crap, and I don't like that.  There had to be a better way for instability, and I found it in neopixels!

I actually do work for the empire....in real life.  5 more years, and my sentence is complete.

I knew that blade looked too amazing to be a standard blade! Wow that's awesome. Yeah, I know some of the stock Kylo blades can be disappointing. And hard to see in daylight hours. The ones with the goop would probably look better powered by neopixel, but doing the fire effect with neopixel is the best choice... or the unstable type of effects.
