Not to speak for Master Fisto, but I'm guessing he means how the hilt breaks down for those that will install their own electronics so you know how it comes apart.

Darth Maul was indeed correct!  This would be what I would consider an intermediate level install saber and it may not be openly obvious how things would fit and be able to still be screwed together.  I have added you to the official list Naffet159!   :)
