Your favorite Lee filter!
« on: April 24, 2008, 11:18:15 AM »
I just got my Lee swatchbook in, so i was wondering what everyones preferred colors are for those who also have Lees.
Of course, I'm going to try as many diffrent ones as I can myself, I'm just curious what everyone else uses. ;)
If you have the number to go along with the color that'd be a help!

EDIT: I've heard that colors vary between using filters on a seoul P4 and a luxeon white. (warm white for lux and natural white for seoul I think?) Does anyone know if this is true with the Lees?

It is true there is some variance.  If you look at the pictures of the saber I just built and sold, you'll notice a green tinge to the blade color.  I used a yellow (wheat) colored Lee filter for it, but because of the wavelength of light from the Seoul P4 LED i used in the saber, it came out a very light green.  I was really pleased with the color, but thought it odd how the LED changed the filtered light.
