You can calculate this as follows:
((mAh capacity of the battery) / ((mA draw of the LEDs) + (mA draw of the speaker)))
So obviously it depends on how you're powering the LEDs and the wattage of the speaker, since that is wattage/voltage (this will give you in amps, so you'll have to multiply by 1000 to get mA). Assuming you've got a 2w speaker, that'll be about 270mA, and if each dR is run at 1000mA, that total is 2270. So:
1600/2270 * 60 = 42
Minus a little for FoC, which isn't on much but will add another 1000mA to the draw when it is, and is an estimate at best since the precise capacity of a battery depends on lots of factors that you can't really measure while you're swinging it around in a lightsaber.
