Crystal Focus 4.1 update release date of 11/8/08

Dear All,

Crystal Focus : I'm working really hard to assemble 100 boards. The planned ETA is november 8th. To avoid batches of boards bought by single persons (stocked, bargained, resold etc), we placed a limit of 3 boards per person maximum. Above that, the buy must be validated with me by email. Non validated orders will be simply refunded and cancelled.
The boards will be put for sale around 8PM (Paris time), little batch per little batch, and this until sunday evening, to avoid the negative stock thing that happened during the previous sales.

Other electronic modules : I'll try to assemble a little number of luxeon driver, PLI and blaster cores, as well as a good number of power xtender micro boards. PC blades and blade film will be back online too.

Crystal Focus : Je travaille d'arrache-pied pour terminer à temps 100 cartes. La date de mise en vente devrait être le 8 novembre. Afin de lutter contre les achats de type "stockage / speculation / revente", nous limiterons les achats à maximum 3 cartes par personnes. Les achats de plus de 3 cartes devront être discutés au préalable par email, sinon ils seront purement et simplement annulés.
Les cartes seront mises en vente progressivement à partir de 20h environ, par petits lots et ce jusqu'au dimanche 9 au soir, afin d'éviter les problèmes de stocks négatifs rencontrés lors des lots précédents.

Autres modules électroniques :  je fais mon possible pour assembler également un petit nombre de gradateur luxeon, bargraphs, blaster core, et un stock conséquent de power xtender. Les lames polycarbonates et le film seront également disponible à nouveau lors de la mise à dispo du stock de Crystal Focus.

If I understood it correctly. Erv is only selling them AFTER 8 pm Paris time on November 8th.

I also understand that he's only letting a certain previous customers preorder them. The rest of us will have to fight over the stock when it becomes available that day.

You are going to have to buy them like everyone else - through the website. Erv' is probably not responding to you because you aren't following his directions and he does not sell via email. Just keep checking the website and hope that you catch one or two... Good luck!

I just checked the difference bwtween Paris time and my time, and its 8 hours. Which means for me the boards go on sale at 12:00 noon.

daylight savings time is gonna reek havoc on my grasp of the time in the rest of the world!

I live in  Arizona, so there is no such thing as daylight savings time for me. Everybody changes for us, lol. ;D

Most areas that use Daylight Saving Time will "fall back" to Standard Time on Saturday,  Nov. 1st,  anyway,  so it really shouldn't matter.  It is also correct that the sale of the boards will not be until 8:00 p.m. in France on the 8th of November,  anyway,  so sending Erv emails isn't going to do any good.  Xsaberx is correct,  that Erv only sells through the website,  and doesn't take orders here,  either.
