Vader Black Series Shroud Replacement

My friend is a moron and he chipped the emitter shroud on my Vader Black Series FX. I ordered a 3D printed replacement MR shroud from Shapeways but it was too tight to fit onto the hilt. I was wondering if all MR shrouds were tighter than the Black Series ones or if the schematics on the 3D printed replacement are to blame. Also, I would be eternally grateful to anyone who could point me in the direction of a replacement part that fits.

TL;DR Does a Master Replicas Vader emitter shroud fit on a Black Series Vader FX. Where can I get a replacement that fits comfortably.
