Ok, I gotta bite ... where does the (for the lack of a better word in my head) fairing on the emitter come from? :-)

You mean the weathering (the faded black on the emitter and discoloration on the shroud)?

That was likely a weathering job done by Madcow.

I guess I mean the shroud then - the standard Ascend doesn't have that:

It looks pretty awesome with it added

My guess would be Madcow did them as an add-on feature for whomever he originally sold the hilt to.

If you wanted an Ascend with the shroud, you could always ask Madcow to give you a price for the hilt with them added on.

May the force be with you all!

Yeah, now I know what the right name is, I can search and see that it was a "special difference" he made for the CF6 versions; so I guess if I want something like that for mine, and if he doesn't have any, I'll have to find someone to make something like it.

Yep, the shroud was only for the CF6 Ascend run.

Yup, sure is! I couldn't afford a scepter due to my Trans Am restoration project commencing, buuuut I had this little lightsaber laying around... scrolled through the menu, made my changes... boom! :D

1980, atlantis blue, body is in perfect condition except a small amount of surface rust. Repainting it, new decals, new interior, putting year one snowflakes on it, putting a 455 out of a '74 formula T/A in it (and beefing the heck out of it in the process, most of the money is going into the engine) and some driveline stuff. It's gonna be awesome. (especially at the $21,000 we estimated it's gonna take to get it done, but I am ok with that.)

And depending on if I get my new Batman cowl in time, I might be going to a comic book event in the Loki costume with the lightsaber. So either way, expect pictures around December 4th!
