Proffie Question

    I'm rather up at age so this is hard for me. I have two new proffie boards that I bought about a year ago and when I tried to hook them up ; all, that I get is " Can not find the directory". I was told that I needed to just flash them and it would be fixed. I don't know what that means or consist of? Can some on explain on how? Some one gave a link on how to program them ; but, it's too hard for me.
