« on: September 19, 2016, 10:22:49 AM »
This was my welcome back to the hobby and first shot at trying to make a living with sabers.  It really made me fall back in love with this craft and I'll be pumping out as many as possible in the coming months.

SPECS:

GGW TriCree
NB v3 with Ancient Saber and Necrovolt soundfonts from Novastar via Saberfont.com
3.7v Panasonic LiIon TCSS battery pack
3v electric motor powering the spinning acrylic crystal
TCSS PLI

Glams...

and a quick video to show fonts and spinning crystal...

Thanks for looking MTFBWY

Wow. What a great blend of different materials and textures.  Even with the knob on the end, that looks very old republic, so someone could easily go KOTOR or Steampunk with the saber.  I also really like the details where the hilt bends.  Very nice work.  I look forward to seeing your other creations!

That looks nice- not too cluttered, nothing that stands out too much.  well done.
