Receiving Purchased Fonts

What is standard wait time for receiving purchased fonts? I purchased some fonts on Thursday, and have not received the email with the link to download the purchased fonts.

The standard wait time is seconds after purchasing.  You should definitely contact Saberfont.com about this - the folks there are very responsive.

Forgive me if this is obvious but have you checked junk mail as well as your in box

Yeah, something has gone wrong, it's almost instant.

Check junk mail and then contact them.

That's odd then if the email is supposed to be that fast, as the shortest wait period I've experienced since the update to the web site has been about a day.

Although the email from the previous purchase did not go to the junk/spam folder, that was the first place I checked after it had been 24 hours.

It was as spur of the moment purchase, and assumed I was just under a guest account. It was not until I got to work this morning that I realized my work computer had kept me signed into my account, and the download option has expired.

I emailed saberfont yesterday, and now waiting for a reply.

The confirmation email indicating there would be a second email actually had the link.

Look at your confirmation email from them, and see if there is a link at the bottom.

On confirmation email from saber font, which is what I'm posting about. The only confirmation I got was the email from paypal to let me know my payment was submitted.

I finally just took the loss and purchased the fonts again. This time I got the needed email within a few minutes after the purchase.
