Battlefront 2 Downloadable Content

Star Wars.com is saying that there is a new hero assault map available to download but i just checked and there was nothing available. Do Xbox Live US users get updates before the rest of the world? The level is Kashyyyk and it says it should be available this week, hope i get it soon.

Also in January a big update is being realeased, it will cost $4.99 but you get a new hero and villain, Kit Fisto and Asajj Ventress. You also get 4 maps from Battlefront 1, Yavin 4 Arena, Bespin Cloud City, Rhen Var Harbor and Rhen Var Citadel. I will be getting it when its available in the UK.

Yo while LA is doing all those updates to BF2 I just hope they didnt` forget to make the game backwards compatable with the xbox 360.

I want to sell my old xbox sooo bad,but I have to keep it to play Battlefront 2.

yes i had an email of lucas arts telling me this today, its a shame i dont have an xbox.  i have ps2 but didnot play BF2 online as i have not had the time to properly invest in getting really good.  i tend to play a game then complete it and trade it.

the idea of the new characters and also the option to have the heroes on the other planet is a big bonus.  KIT Fisto!

Man when I get my 360 I will prob. buy BF2 again but for Xbox just for Kit Fisto, and all the other feats. Times like this wish I gotten it for Xbox. But I don't think it would matter because I don't have live.

Wow, now I didn't know about this. Asajj Ventress and Kit Fisto sound really cool. Too bad my Xbox was stolen. :(

I should be getting the 360 tomorrow, though, which is cool, but I won't be able to play either or the Battlefront games.

That is nice! Fortunately the cops found my Xbox that was stolen, so now I'll be able to get these extra levels and characters. I've never used Xbox live, so I hope I can pull it off. :)

Oh well that is good news. Glad things worked out for ya. Yes I have never used Xbox Live but once I get 360 I will start up and buy BF 2 for xbox and download this. hahaha yes I will have 2 copies, one ps2 and one xbox. haha

Yeah, I was glad to get it back, but I'd already gotten the 360 the week before. So really I don't need the Xbox, but after all it's been through there's no way I'm going to sell it. Besides, I won't be able to play Battlefront. ;)

Overall I dig the 360, I'm just a bit disappointed that the loading times for regular Xbox games is just as long or longer than it was on the Xbox. That, and the 360 games are way too expensive. :(
