Title: Djem - A Custom MHS Based Stunt LED-Saber

Djem was commissioned through a gentleman who contacted me via E-mail. He was looking for a simple, yet solid stunt saber with some lighter Raxus Weatheringâ„¢ and a leather wrap.
So we went to the drawing board and developed a render based on specific characteristics. Djem is a saber that embodies a slightly aggressive look with the upper angled shroud, with a solid feel in utilizing  a custom leather wrap an well placed ring overlays. We added a little bit of bling to the saber with a lighted Anti-vandal switch, and installed a massive battery setup to ensure long lasting dueling capabilities.

Features of Djem
- Custom MHS Based hilt with Custom work from TCSS
- Light Raxus weathering
- Weathered leather wrap
- Custom overlays
- Green Seoul P4 driven by a 1000ma buckpuck
- Momentary AV Switch with a pololu board setup
- 7.4V Li-ion 18500 pack. Est runtime is a little under 2 hours

Very cool saber. Love the name too.

I especially like the heatsink used to hold the recharge port. Very cool looking...

It's too bad there isn't sound. This saber deserves the full treatment.

I really want to say that this saber is "Truly Outrageous"  ;) but the simplistic design just won't let me do so.  It's very well done.  I love the weathering and the leather wrap.

Nice, I really like the weathering on that hilt. Maybe I will try to find Aluminum Black for a saber I want to build, once I find it.

My gun store keeps alum black in stock regularly. If you cant find it I can help. that goes with most of the chems to wheather metal. I can probably get them on demand.

It is going to be awhile before I can even start building my custom saber.
