CFX blade issue SOLVED
« on: March 16, 2020, 11:08:41 AM »
So as soon as I slide the kill switch, before I even touch a button, the blade lights up white. I’m running the default config except ledstrip=27 for a short test blade.

Ignition and any button functions sound normal, but the blade does nothing except stay lit all the time.
The pixel connector is tested and working on a proffie setup.
Resistance is reading correctly at 330 ohm.
Reading 4.1V with multimeter.
Pretty sure nothing is bridged, I just rewired it this morning to be sure.

Am I missing some config value? I haven’t made any changes except the led strip one above.

Thanks for any input

Hopefully I'm reading the manual right.
So I'm changing ls1
from: 350,700,24,1,3
to:   52, 104, 24, 1,3

So 52,104,24 for timings, 1 for GRB order (SK6812) and 3 for RBG only without the white.

Does that sound correct?

350,700,24,1,3
are what to use since fw 10.002 (I suggest you update your fw if not done already)

Ok updated firmware and all is working well.
Main blade lights properly, and CC lights properly after I changed the byte order.
Blade mirror working as intended.
Thanks Erv, marking as solved.
