how to set up aux sounds on nbv4

just got my korbanth graflex 2.5. it has a red button activation switch but i want some aux sounds too for blaster deflect and blade lock. do i need do have a second switch? or am i missing something

NB’s don’t support those features. You would need a Prizm or a CF.



I find your arguments vague and unconvincing.

NB’s don’t support those features. You would need a Prizm or a CF.

so i would need a new board and rewire everything? and then do a second switch?

Correct. NB’s do NOT support the aux switch. It is a “basic beginner” board.

What i've done that works really well is to change the file name of an aux sound font like a lock-up and call it a clash, so on a certain clash it will do the whole lock up sound. You can also change clashes to quotes, for instance on my Darth Vader ESB font every other clash has a Vader Quote from the Bespin battle etc. :)

Huh, that lockup method sounds interesting. I got to try that on my Nano some time. Thanks for the heads up! :smiley:
