Does this Cree-XP-G3 come in a tri or quad configuration?  Or only as a stand alone LED?

I have ordered discrete LEDs from DigiKey, plus heat-sink "star boards" from eBay, and soldered them myself in the toaster oven. Just make sure you get boards with the right size pads.
I saw these ones for sale on eBay, as an example:
