It's distressing how often Amazon's information and sale/ship dates are inaccurate. This seems to happen a lot with their Star Wars collectibles and other related memorabilia.  >:(

wow that is very weird, i have never had a problem ordering from them, they have always been very quick and easy to order from. i am sorry to hear about this i hope it works out for you, do you plan to order the same mini from someone else? my friend got this mini with that special order MR had out it is a very good mini. Again hope it all works out for you master.

Sorry to all those people who thought they were going to get an Obi-Wan AOTC mini, you were really ripped off there :(. I had a feeling it was going to happen though :'(

I had ordered one, too, from Amazon, but haven't received that email yet.  It's good that they at least notified you/us.  And they're not charging you, so you're not really getting ripped off.  More like, let down.  Considering what happened with the Target order I had placed through Amazon for the AotC Dooku, I'm not surprised.  I guess it's back to Ebay to continue the hunt.  I finally won a Dooku, so that only leaves the Oi-Wan AotC left among the regular sabers to get.

Oddly enough, still no email, but when I just went to check on the order (is was supposed to ship+deliver this week), it's been delayed to mid-July.  In any case, I coughed up the additional expense to get one on Ebay for $67 shipped (ouch).  But at last, sometime later this week / early next week, my collection of non-exclusives will be complete.
