Bought a Qui-Gon Jin Saber from them. It was the last one from a run they just had in production. It had a very small defect but I'm telling you it was worth every penny. This is the second saber by J.Q. that I own and they make very good quality products. They are solid hilts that are durable, loud, bright and very detailed. I am a huge fan of J.Q. and will always trust in their workmanship.

I was lucky enough to get Starkiller #16 from the Vader's Vault / JQ Sabers run.  It was the last one JQ had available with a CF5 in it.  Susan was awesome to work with and answered every question I had.  Saber and stand arrived packaged very well and in perfect condition.  As many have said, this is an awesome saber and everyone involved deserves high praise!

Bought 2 Super Blades and a few other stuff from Daren and Susan.  Susan was great to deal with and answered all of my query.  Soon to have my own custom saber made by JQ Sabers.

I just received the Quinlan Vos saber from JQ Sabers.  Beautiful work and I think the only completed one they sold!

purchased a luke hero kit from susan and darren for my first saberbuild.

the result is incredible and i am so grateful for their help and support during the initial purchase, right through to the finished build.

Ani aotc kit (last one).  100 emails and 2 shipments later, they get a 5/5.  susan was very helpful and daren suggested many good changes for me.  
 
EDIT:  I had some trouble with the covertec knob and susan recommended a way to modify my belt clip.  It worked perfectly, but the next day, daren put a new clip in the mail.  They have taken such good care of me I wouldn't think twice about dealing with them again.  Updated to 6/5

Purchased a lightsaber from JQ a couple of weeks back. All communication was handled in a helpful and friendly manner, and the lightsaber was packaged very thoroughly.

Best sabersmith in Europe for me, I own a Pro Qui and recently an ESB Graflex made by grand master Daren... awesome work and communication always good with Daren or Sue. 5/5.

Having won the auction for the OM run 1 Stormtrooper hilt, I dealt with Daren from picking which fonts I wanted to payment and shipping.  Correspondence was smooth and in timely order.  Concerns and questions were also addressed in a timely manner. 

I also really appreciate Daren including an unexpected but welcome JQ Sabers t-shirt!  Now that's customer service!
