Starkiller 2 custom by Lord Bane
« on: February 26, 2011, 09:13:16 PM »
This is my Starkiller 2 custom. I bought this from Tatoosby5 a few months ago. It was an empty hilt with a blue led installed. I put an MR jedi sound board in it with a TCSS speaker, 3.7V Li-Ion battery with recharge port in the pommel and here it is. I constructed everything inside so it would be durable enough to duel with and be abused. The black wrapping is bicycle tape, it works great for handling.

Thanks,

Lord Bane

Very cool !  I really do like that model. I almost bought from that guy but a lot of people said they had trouble with him. At least I think it was him. oh well. Great saber none the less !!!

Lookin very smooth! Love the bicycle grips... and the weathering is really nice, too.

Good luck with it! So nice that it can stand a little dueling.

This is the model from the second game, right?

Yes, but apparently there are more than one model. This is just one of them.

Yeah this is the "Promo Model" They had this saber in the posters and the commercials, and then they completely changed the saber for in-game play. I have now idea why they did that but hey, they did it for some reason :-\

I think that all the hilts inspired in starkiller lightsaber are big. Surely this stems from his aged, worn-out and simple appearance that this one has.
I believe that soon I will begin a project on this lightsaber!!

anyway... really you to achieved a very nice hilt!
