The Orbital Machining
 OBI TPM
Review by Scorpion

saber No #2

Well thers been a few reviews on this so you should all get the idea by now... its a Masterpeice!

as said before its "the be all and end all" of the OBIWAN KENOBI TPM Lightsaber
1 to 1 accurcy from the movie used prop and one of the most beautiful lightsabers ever made
They said this saber was impossible to have light and sound and be accurate but wat tambor of orbital machining has done it.. is anything really impossible?

This is the 2nd version of this saber i have owned the 1st being the fx sabers negotiator, so i knew what i was getting and expecting,
Expectations were high but when i opend this up i was blown away by how accurate it actually is and the feeling of the saber body in my hand was perfect all the
edges on the saber just feel so nice in your hand oh and that grip looks just gorgeous with the super deep cuts.. a 1st as far as i know on a fully working saber with sound
I imagin this is probly the most difficult saber to build out of all the SW sabers or at least one of the most difficult
what you are getting here is a 100% perfect reprodutction of the movie saber with sound and light and i got to say its one the best lightsabers iv ever had the pleasure to hold
it defo pushes the envelope a little, is this the new standard now? 100% accuray with sound and light? id like to think so

The sd card is very easy to access its right under the pomel along with the recharge port
even the blade plug has a big part to play here as it makes it look like solid saber when inserted and really finishes it off for display
i am glad and proud to have gotten one from the limited run of 30
the saber has awesome battery run times iv not even had to charge the battery yet and iv had it for 4 days and used it plenty
the installation was done by MH on this one and a prefect install it is the saber is solid loud and bright
the sound comes from under the grips and is loud and clear thers no visable sound holes, wat also included a pomel with holes which was a nice supprise
another thing i love is that the 2 buttons are discuised under the red switch and bike valve.. very cool idea  8)
It makes for a most gorgeous peice and sits high in my saber collection
machine work is second to none and the saber has a quality feel to it that all orbital machining sabers do

i also got to mention the new sound font for this run by madcow "fates" is just awesome and id like to thank MC for doing it

Specs
OBI TPM saber No#2
by orbital machining
CFV5, flashed to v5.10
10 Watt led engin RGBW mixed for sky blue with white FOC
7.2v lithium batterys /w in hilt recharge
2 Watt square speaker

i also got to say i loved the case that the saber arrived in, a nice hard plastic protective padded case

id like to thank wat tambor for delivering such an awesome lightsaber, MH for the install and madcow for the awesome "fates" sound font
THANKS so much guys
