Is Ultrasabers Trustworthy?

I am considering buying a saber from UltraSabers.  I have read some glowing reviews and I've heard some real horror stories. I would like a balanced opinion.  Is Ultrasabers a trustworthy company that builds quality sabers? Please reply.  :question:
