i was couple of questions about how the MHS speaker mounts might or might nto work with the bellator. (for reference the main mount i am wondering about is the V6)
1st: are the lips that are used to lock the speaker mounts into place compatible with the bellator?
2nd: if someone were to use a MHS speaker mount, would there be enough room between the speaker and the back of the pommel for the vibrations from the speaker.
Thanks!
E-mail was sent to info@forcerelics.com ? We haven't received it until now.
I just had a look at the V6 speaker mount.
Here is where we are MHS compatible with the Bellator : the ID of the Bellator is the same as MHS ID so we are compatible with our cradles and switch rings. That is where everything stops though. Threading for example is very different.
Now, from the looks of what i've seen in the photo's, the V6 mount would probably have to be re-machined on a lathe or the Bellator main body would have to be cut. It does seems to be possible though to make the adjustments to fit the V6 MHS chassis in a Bellator. The speaker would probably be right against the end of the ID of the pommel though, so there is not alot of room for resonance.
