Thanks... it was insane to re-do all of those, but... I got it done.  Main reason was... videos stopped working through Saberfont site (only my videos didn't work for some reason), so I figured might as well.

great work with all these fonts and videos... i noticed that on saberfont.com, too ... but now it works! good job!  ;)

I was thinking of trying to create some unique saber sounds for my saber project & wondered if anyone of the "FONT MASTERS" like Novastar or Madcow can tell me what software is needed to create a font clip to put into a CF? Also if I were to record homemade sounds from things around the house, does anyone know the best simple to use device to get a high quality recording of a sound?

you can use audacity or goldwave (free). I use sound forge a lot.
For recording with good quality, you really want an external sound card with a good preamp, and, for general purpose recording, a dynamic microphone like a SM58 (small budget, good quality).

for deep pockets, get a motu 986 or a hamerfall fireface, and a suspended neumann mike  ;D

Thank you Erv! I forgot you also work with sound fonts as well as being creator/keeper of the "BUTTERED TOAST"! I will look into the items you suggested.
