FenderBender's Brass 860

I couldnt be left out or out done with the brass soooooo.............................

Here is FenderBender's latest custom saber, (I've actually been working on it for about 2 weeks)

MHS parts, Some extra machine work done by yours truly

MR VADER Sound

Lux III RED, was going to use a P4 red but the board blew 2 of them   >:(

custom speaker mount also machined by me

brass sink tube overlays

FB, That is one of the nicest sabers I have seen. Really.

Your work on the choke piece is exceptional, ..the brass is clean and crisp and the cuts in it are outstanding.

Yes,  it could,  if I got a little fancier with the shroud cuts on mine!

Nice work on the brass pieces,  did you use a mill to cut the grip slots in the piece on the rear grip?

Thanks Guys!

Jay - I did use a mill sort of, I used a milling vise on a drill press with a 1/8 in milling bit. I dont think I had the platform perfectly square though, so I had to use my Dremel Fu to make them nice.

Just for the record: After doing this one, I REALLY like brass ;D
